Fahrsicherheitstraining ist umsatzsteuerpflichtig
Fahrsicherheitstrainings sind - unabhängig vom Anbieter - im Regelfall keine umsatzsteuerfreie Bildungsleistung.
In einer Kurzinformation weist das Finanzministerium Schleswig-Holstein darauf hin, dass ein Fahrsicherheitstraining, das nicht speziell der beruflichen Ausbildung, Fortbildung oder Umschulung dient, grundsätzlich umsatzsteuerpflichtig ist. Auch wenn das Training von einer gemeinnützigen Einrichtung angeboten wird, handelt es sich nicht um eine steuerfreie Bildungsleistung.
