Nach wie vor ist die Frage der Vorsteueraufteilung bei Gebäuden umstritten. Grundsätzlich denkbar ist eine Aufteilung nach Fläche oder Umsatz.
Zu hoch ausgewiesene Umsatzsteuer wird beim Vorsteuerabzug nicht mehr anerkannt.
